Trying to streamline my OS reinstall process I created a .reg I need someone who has access or the ability to create a Windows 11 instance easily to test.

Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Themes\Personalize]
"EnableTransparency"="0"

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Themes\Personalize]
"AppsUseLightTheme"="0"
"SystemUsesLightTheme"="0"

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Desktop]
"Wallpaper"="solid"
"WallpaperStyle"="2"
"WallpaperTranslucency"="0"

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Colors]
"Background"="0 0 0" ; RGB values for Black

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Desktop\NameSpace]
"{20D04FE0-3AEA-1069-A2D8-08002B30309D}"="This PC"

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Advanced]
"Start_TrackDocs"="0"
"Start_TrackProgs"="0"

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Advanced]
"Start_TrackDocs"="0"

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Advanced]
"RecentDocs"="0"

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Advanced]
"ShowTips"="0"

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\PushNotifications]
"ToastEnabled"="0"

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Advanced]
"JumpListItems_Maximum"="0"

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Advanced]
"Start_Layout"="1"

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Advanced]
"Start_Menu"="1"

What I need to be verified is the following in the Background, Color, Themes and Start menus in the Personalization menu:
- Solid color is selected and set to black.
- Dark mode is enabled and Transparency effects are disabled.
- This PC icon is now on the desktop.
- More pins is selected, all settings are set to Off.

It would be much appreciated as this is one of my first home cooked .reg files.
