What are these 3 lines at the bottom of of my taskbar?

This is probably going to be the dumbest question of the day. I'm almost embarrassed to ask. What are these lines at the bottom of the Win11 taskbar? I tried clicking them, I tried mouse hover.. they don't react to anything I do with my mouse.

My guess is driver, cable or monitor issue. You did specify your hardware and whether laptop or desktop. Try either driver update or driver rollback.

Thanks for the reply. I dont think it's related to cable or monitor, I can see the same thing in an RDP session to the machine. It looks the same on a monitor as well.

I have 4 Win11 computers, 2 Pro Notebook and Desktop, and 2 Home Notebook and Desktop, haven't seen those lines yet. All I get on the Taskbar is the blue line under the icon for any program that is open. The size varies depending upon which has the focus.

It looks like it only happens during RDP sessions in fullscreen. I don't see that on the actually PC's monitor like I had thought.
