What is a handle when creating a install.wim file from a partition

At 16% I am getting a Handle is invalid error when trying to create a install.wim for my windows 11 pro install iso.
I have 4 questions :
Here is dism line I get this error:
dism /capture-image /imagefile

:\images\install.wim /capturedir:Z:\ /scratchdir

:\scratch /name:"newImageFile" /compress:maximum /verify /bootable.

What is a handle?
What do I need to do to get past 16%/
Why does it take so long [1.5 hours] to start?

The dism.log file is in the dism1.txt file!

Put the dism command in a code box so we can see it properly.

DISM typically has trouble with cloud-stored files that are only pointers to the actual files, e.g. if you are using OneDrive's Files on Demand and the files are not actually synced to the local drive.

You would likely need to create a configuration file for DISM, like so:

\Users\jtm_7\OneDrive

Save it, for example, as wimscript.ini. Then add something like this to your DISM command:

Are you running off a live system, or did you boot from a WinPE or Recovery environment? You can't really capture the same system while it's running.

I have a dual boot system with 2 Windows 11, on 2 separate partitions partition1 which is the C:\ which is the "working "[don't know what to call it ] which is 100gibyte and z:\ partition is another partition which is my customized one with apps and utilities. The Z:\ drive is the drive I am trying to make the wim from! When I run the above dism line I get error #6.

Now when I go through the dism log file what do I look for in order to solve the problem?
Is this error a syntax error?
Is there something missing, wrong or something I did wrong with dism line?
What is it meant when it error #6 "The handle is invalid???"

when one drive is turned off?? how do I solve this??

I suggested a method to ignore OneDrive files in post #3, and the request in post 2 hasn’t been answered it seems.

and you dont need /bootable switch unless you are creating some kind of winpe.
