I'm using this in order to disable system protection:

But noticed it does not completely disable the system protection properties like this one for Windows 10:
www.tenforums.com
So what's the difference between the two and can I use the second one (the one from the Tenforums link) with Windows 11? when using the first one protecton was OFF but after a few days upon checking on the protection page it was back to ON.
