None of your choices apply to me.

I check for updates when I start up for the day and I check for updates frequently throughout the day as I work. The updates I get are mostly Windows Defender security definition updates. If I get an OS update, that's just a bonus.

Thanks. I've modified the question.

Pointless survey. Multiple other options exist ... although maybe these are the only options in which you're interested?

I'm in the Canary Insider ring so I make weekly system updates before doing the updates. Because I have an older NVIDIA card on my new computer I have had to put Windows update on hold two weeks in a row. On my old system, the latest build refused to update and rolled back. After the computer restarted I started having all kinds of problem so I used my Macrium Image to fix the problem and stopped updates on it. When the next build is released I'm going to wait a day or two so I can found out if it's safe to turn updates back on again.
