Where are Extended Characters?

I used to be able to get extended characters with Alt-1 but that seems to have been captured by another program (Roboform). How do I get Alt-1 back?

Can you not reassign a different Hotkey for Roboform?

RoboForm probably hijacked Alt-1. Check its settings and change or disable the shortcut. If that doesn’t work, try Alt + Numpad codes instead. Worst case, reinstall RoboForm and turn off hotkeys during setup

Well done and thanks. You were right about Roboform. I turned off its Alt-short cuts and rebooted Windows 11. Now Alt-1-9 show this ☺☻♥♦♣♠•◘○
