It's hard to get this kind of standalone copy.

Because Microsoft pushes people/individual to use "daily-based" copy, like Microsoft 365. $10-$13 a month
(I would say, 30c-40c a day. eventually will be $1 a day, or higher) ;-)

You won't. MS don't sell it to individuals, only by volume licences to business.

Microsoft does not sell Office Professional Plus licenses to individual users; this must be purchased by a business and activated by an administrator using the Volume Activation tools. Therefore, there is no download link for Office 2024 Professional Plus.

    fully 'Windows 11 ready' laptop. Windows 10 C: partition migrated from my old unsupported 'main machine' then upgraded to 11. A test migration ran Insider builds for 2 months. When 11 was released on 5th October 2021 it was re-imaged back to 10 and was offered the upgrade in Windows Update on 20th October. Windows Update offered the 22H2 Feature Update on 20th September 2022. It got the 23H2 Feature Update on 4th November 2023 through Windows Update, and 24H2 on 3rd October 2024 through Windows Update by setting the Target Release Version for 24H2.

What does it mean by activation online and by phone? Did yours just activate online? I do remember a lot of people on here getting Office Professional Plus 2021 (including me).

Just be aware. It might work, it might keep on working ... but then again ....

This is NOT a legitimate source for a legitimate Microsoft product. The license is probably pirated and, me, I would be concerned to whom my payment funds are going i.e. if they might be providing support to an undesirable organisation.

Even if the product was available to the general public (which it isn't) it would never be at that price. These sites selling products and license keys at ridiculously low prices range from backyard pirate hackers to international groups
