Bearing your posting history in mind i suggest it's the dodgy websites you visit that cause you all these issues. You have a brand new windows 11 computer and already it's crawling with bots as are every other system you've used.

I don't see how we could ever help you in reality, it's your browsing habits that are the cause of your problems.
