Why does MS Teams have two Upload media options?!

From what I can find out looking into teams, the Image icon does just that.
The paperclip icon has multiple options like Upload from my computer, Upload from OneDrive, Recent and also Browse teams & channels.

Nope, not here. Both have 'attach cloud files' and 'upload from this device'. This is Teams personal with a Personal MS account
