Hi folks

Query here to anybody running W10 Home edition.

Can you create that works a VM of W10 pro, enable HYPER-V and then install a current W11 build.

Don't worry about activation etc -- this is just a test and you can get the iso's via UUPDUMP.

You'll probably have to create the ist level VM with VMWare / VBOX. Then create a 2nd level VM of a W11 system and see if it installs on the VM.
If it does work -- great stuff -- you won't be able to do a lot with it - but this is just for a POC (Proof of concept). If your hardware and Hdd's are good enough it should at least boot. Don't worry about the response -- it's just a test to see if it can work.

Anyway thanks in advance to anybody with HOME edition of Windows who is willing (and bonkers enough) to try this out. !!

maybe @Kari or @cereberus .

Cheers
jimbo

Posted my thoughts/comments (Post 71) on your similar post here, but it doesn't include the 'trickery' of running under Hyper-V on Windows Home:
