Win Wants to do One Drive Backup to cloud

I just got out of hospital and don't have strength to deal with Win 11 making things difficult. When I got new computer with Win 11 I managed to find how to turn off/disable One Drive. But now its coming up with security issues and says I have to backup computer to one drive cloud within 3 days...or else something dire will happen. I'm sorry to just throwing this out here but turning on the computer after being in the hospital for a while it just gave me this security/backup warning. I'm not recovered from hospital to try to figure this out and I'm not sure I can even get a screenshot as the only thing I was able to do was to get out of this was a hard shutdown/restart. .
Just FYI - I'm using old Win7 computer to access this forum

says to go to rt click desktop, choose Personalize, choose Start, shut off Show account related notifications. You could try that.
I notice that in my system, that switch is on, but I do not receive those notifications, but that is possible because I, when I received one of those notifications, clicked on it and chose the option to shut it off.

HOWEVER, If you are not currently imaging your computer with something like Terabyte or Macrium, then PLEASE START IMMEDIATELY! :)

I'm very suspicious of this warning. I know that OneDrive is deviously omnipotent but I've never seen this message associated with OneDrive, and it doesn't sound very Microsoft-ish

Can you give us a screen capture of the message, or at least more precise wording?

I agree with @krism sentiment above about creating an image (Macrium Reflect is still available free from majorgeeks, and an extra/alternate image using AOMEI Backupper is also a good idea), but bearing in mind that if you do create image(s), they will include the source of this message

Yeh, Microsoft/Windows doesn't usually "lock" a system to this extent because of those sort of problems. Have you got any 3rd party malware software installed?
