fully 'Windows 11 ready' laptop. Windows 10 C: partition migrated from my old unsupported 'main machine' then upgraded to 11. A test migration ran Insider builds for 2 months. When 11 was released on 5th October 2021 it was re-imaged back to 10 and was offered the upgrade in Windows Update on 20th October. Windows Update offered the 22H2 Feature Update on 20th September 2022. It got the 23H2 Feature Update on 4th November 2023 through Windows Update, and 24H2 on 3rd October 2024 through Windows Update by setting the Target Release Version for 24H2.

AveYo's MediaCreationTool.bat is a wrapper that uses the official Microsoft Media Creation Tools to build any version of Windows 10 or Windows 11 that you like.

Thank you so much , I tried this method but couldn't succeed unfortunately.

You probably need a Win 11 iso that has /souces/install.wim instead of /souces/install.esd

I have build mine using Kyhi guide

Yes Exactly program gives this error
Not an error, just a warning. Microsoft's .esd files should not be encrypted, so the warning should not apply.

MediaCreationTool always uses ESD format to save space, since it's targeted for end-user installs. And not for image modding.

You can find a few tools online to convert ESD->WIM.
https://github.com/abbodi1406/WHD/raw/master/scripts/esd-decrypter-wimlib-65.7z
That is true if you build a USB installation drive. Last time I've downloaded a ISO file it had /souces/install.wim instead of /souces/install.esd

Edit.
Just downloaded a Win11_23H2_English_x64v2.iso and it has install.wim

That is also true if you use the MCT to build an ISO. It builds the ISO from the components which it downloads, it does not download a ready made ISO. The MCT always creates a .esd. All ISOs that are downloaded direct from Microsoft will have a .wim.

Regardless, MCT has never provided 22631.2428 since it skipped ahead to 22631.2715 & 22631.2861

AveYo's wrapper script provides .2861
Fido2 1.53 can find .2428 on the MS download servers.

Nope.
If you see the post above, I've just downloaded an iso using MCT and it uses Install.wim
