Well even MS recommend you do not user Insider versions as your main OS.
Why not use release version aa main (host) OS but install Insider version in a native boot dual boot virtual hard drive.
That way you can test Insider version as much as you like but still have stable OS to fall back on.
This is what I do and so do many of the seasoned Insiders.
Alternatively run the Insider version in a virtual machine.
The tutorial section shows how to do the above.
Think about it - what are you going to do if you need to something important/urgent but the Insider version falls over?
