Windows 11 has changed icons, or something else has changed them.

pdf, mp3 and flac have changed icons from Sumatra (pdf) and foobar2k (mp3 & flac) with the following icon. Does anyone know what the icon is?

That appears to be a bento menu icon of some sort used for a group of application within the folder.
The Bento icon is most commonly used to navigate a menu with different applications, solutions, or functions within the same product so that users can quickly switch between them.
A good example of a bento menu is in gmail one can click the bento icon and get this
