Thought I would post this in case anyone is interested. If you are interested you have to act fast as the deals do not last long.
Note: The only thing I know is you will be sent a license by email. That license has to be activated within 30 days, I make no claim as to the validity of the Windows license so purchase at your own risk. I have no idea if the license is volume license or retail. I will say I have purchased other licensed products from this site and have had no problems with activation or with losing activation.

Some additional info about this type of situation:

Several months ago I screwed up my properly activated Win64 boot drive badly enough to require a Repair install. This completed OK and I ran fine for a few weeks. Then one day I got the message about Windows not being activated. This surprised me so I posted a message in the Installation, Upgrade, and Activation forum. There were lots of replies, but none of them were any help. One of them posted the name of a website that supposedly sold working activation keys for something like $25.

Since nothing I tried helped I bought the key, but for some unknown reason could not install it. (Fortunately the seller was kind enough to return my CC payment.) I then contacted MS Support and they called me back the next day. I explained the fairly complicated history of how my Windows got activated years ago, and the support person ended up tweaking my Microsoft ID info to indicate my Windows was in fact activated. I rebooted while he was on the phone and the system showed itself as activated.

After seeing that all was OK he said he'd give me a "universal" Win64 activation key, which he did, and it turned out it was the same key that I had paid $25 for. So my guess is that if you lose activation for a legit WN64 system MS will re-activate it for you , and maybe even give you the same key that I got - twice.

These are Windows 11 Generic Keys. They’re not ment to be used as a legitimate activation. One is supposed to buy a licence for a unique key. If one of these is what you originally paid for, you were originally scammed.

I think there might be other Generic keys also, not sure

You usually get asked to activate with a Windows (or other Microsoft product) key within 30 days if it’s a Volume Licensing Key. This is something I discovered way back when trying to decipher if something I bought was legitimate.
Having said that, you may never get hassled by Microsoft, especially if digitally activated at Microsoft when you use an online account. And these keys are usually innocently bought by a consumer so I am not suggesting that anyone knowingly buys illegitimate keys.
Someone else may know more.

Seems like a strange arrangement where they send you a voucher. Then you need to redeem that voucher for the key in some as yet unspecified way.

I have bought windows licenses in the past through ms resellers. Never heard of that redeeming codes malarkey, they just send the key immediately by email.

My main concern with these illegal keys has always been the destination of the funds being swindled from the unsuspecting user who buys them

The only one of these deeply discounted MS product purchases I have made is for my Office ProPlus 2021 for $49.99. It's been running since 2/22. I followed the instructions and it automatcally activated. I was leery when I bought it and wondered if at some point it would deactivate. It has not.
I even did a clean install since then. I deactivated it first, did my claean install and had no problem reinstalling it from MS servers because it is tied to my MS account as a valid purchase.

I've tried to figure out if the license is a volume license but have't been able to as the query from command seems to have encoded the original key I was given. I really don't care what kind of license it is as long as it continues to work. If it's illegal, I would think not only would it not have activated and tied to a MS personal account, it would not have stayed activated.

You get what you pay for. While others may have had "some" good luck, I for one went through hell trying to obtain a valid product key from them after several failed activation attempts over the course of several days. When I finally demanded a refund, I was provided a valid key which finally activated, but only after having to activate it over the phone with Microsoft activation which took about 20 minutes. Conclusion: I myself would rather pay the extra money to avoid all the hassle ensuring I have a valid key, so in the future I'm avoiding stuff like this...

Edit: These are used keys / volume license keys. In my case I was provided 4 different keys that Microsoft said had been activated more than once, hence they would not reactivate it unless it had only been activated once.

You can check the type of a Windows key in ShowkeyPlus. This one is a volume (MAK) key, not officially supposed to be sold to consumers.
