In my experience, paying with Paypal is much better than paying directly with credit card. Paypal refund request is so easy fast. If the retailer is ignoring you, they can't ignore Paypal once Paypal contacted them about your refund request. Otherwise, Paypal will automatically approve any refund request if they did not hear anything back from the retailer.
But so far, my experience with stacksocial have been smooth.
