windows 11 widgets

Upgraded to windows 11 23H2 and since then my widgets does not have my profile button. So there is no news feeds just weather, games and shopping. When i go to settings i get "No feeds here to personalise" "Add feeds to personalise" then a blue spinning circle appears then that's it.
I have reinstalled windows web experience pack. anyone any ideas?

check your settings > accounts and make sure apps can use your microsoft account to sign in

Yes then it logs me into Microsoft home web page

go to Accounts > Your Info and click "Stop signing in to all Microsoft apps automatically". then go back and see if you can edit that dropdown.

No change but what i have noticed that on Microsoft web pages my profile photo is there but not in settings could it be Microsoft isn't seeing my windows for some reason?

switch to a local account, reboot, remove/disconnect your microsoft account under emails & account and under work/school account if listed. open credentials manager and make sure its not stored in there too. then go to your microsoft account online and remove your pc from your devices list. then chnage your local account back to a microsoft account and see if it syncs up properly

I changed to local account removed all traces of my Microsoft account booted back up and got "Microsoft apps can ask to sign me in" under local account no change to the widgets. Signed in with my Microsoft account profile photos are back and so is "all apps can sign me in" and still the same widgets
