OS
Windows 11
when I enumerate the listing with bcdedit and when I open MSconfig and swap to the boot tab the Windows boot manager lists about 20 or more start entries, the listing in each are the same. Most of the the entries are from the Windows 24H2 failed installations

I've ran a scan win Malwarebytes, which found no viruses or issues. The delete button in the MSconfig is disabled for each entry.

I exported the bcdedit's /enum output to a text file. The Link is below. If anyone needs another file please just let me know

Windows Boot Managers.txt

Is there an easy way to fix this?

Honestly, this TXT file takes up such a miniscule of space on your drive -- I would leave it be...

If you change anything in this file you might make your drive unbootable.

That is why Windows disabled the delete function for those entries.

It is highly difficult to manually repair a boot section of your main drive if you are not 💯% certain you know what you are doing & since you are asking that question you already know the answer to that question...

You can use EasyUEFI. This will list all of the Boot Entries and you can Delete, or better yet Disable any entries you don't want.
It is best to make an Image File of your computer with a Clone/Imaging app and save it to a USB HDD to restore in case you delete the wrong thing.

The only entries you can't delete are for the current OS even if they are duplicates. Boot into one of the other options and then delete all but one of the duplicates.
