If i check get me "up to date, restart asap" It will create an Infinite reboot loop with the computer rebooting each time as it starts without it actually doing anything to update

My friend updated his pc and he got dynamic lightning etc, and other new functions. I don't have dynamic lightning when i go to personalisation in settings....
Does anyone have HDR backgrounds working yet also?
