I have one dily used pc and a test pc
First the problem exist on my dily pc. Afther a few hours searching by google and youtbe. With out anly luck. Noting works.
Then i looked on my test pc and had the same problem that when i temperarly disable realtime scanning it still was not disbled.
Then on the internet i found a exe file to delete mirosoft defender. Then when i look in settings and virus and security i see that the virus and security page was with and blank. Tryed many things to install. And i found on a dutch form someone how have the same problem. And he tryed also many things but allos nothing works. He sayed that there was more things corrupt on his windows. so he did a reinstall.
So i decided to do a reinstal form out windows so i can keep the programmas and personal files.
Afther that was done i go to settings -> virisus and security and set everything out. And tried with the file ware microsoft defender had problem with and the problem seems not exist anu more on my test pc. So i do a reinstall from out windows tomorrow on my daily pc and see if the solution works as well
