Windows 11
So here's my issue.

I turn my PC on and get the bios boot screen
after a few seconds my monitors say something like (no signal or no cable connected)
then after a few more seconds to a minute the windows 11 login screen shows

Can anyone who has had this issue before and fixed it help me out

Try reconnecting the cables and if need be, replace the cables. But my guess is that the monitors just haven’t hit the driver stage yet.

After boot, check Optional Updates and see if there is a monitor driver.

Check for and Install Optional Updates in Windows 11 Tutorial

Also, check you have the latest GPU driver for your MSI RX 580

It could be bad video cable connection causing the no signal message, it can also be outdated graphics card driver download and install graphics card driver from manufacturer website.

after a few seconds my monitors say something like
Have seen the same on couple clients systems but no problem when using only one monitor. Since the monitors are side-by-side got them shorter high-quality cables and a bit of patience helped.

I did just check Optional Updates and there was a monitor driver. Theres a few amd drivers but I dont like updating AMD via windows update as it messes with AMD Adrenelin Edition and either reverts to an older driver or installs AMD Pro Edition

That did fix the "No Cabled / No Signal" issue. Gets past the Bios boot screen, now has a spinning windows 11 icon below it, Goes black and a minute later shows the log on screen.

Just wish the black part would show something so I know its doing something

I had a similar problem that was corrected by Windows Key + p Change monitor. My setting was on 2 monitors when I have only one. Win 11 kept trying to find second monitor and needed a restart to boot. Maybe a long shot but worth checking.
