Solved Windows Hello gets associated with Work account for some reason?

So I have notice that I can no longer make changes to Windows Hello. When I go the Windows Hello Pin settigs, it said "This option is current unavailable" I can't even do a I forget my pin. I am thinking that it got associated with Microsoft 365 work account somehow. Is there a way to fix this? I have read other post where the suggest changing the account to local and then changing it back to MS account, but this account has always been local.

OK, I figured it out. I had to go to settings -> Accounts -> Access Work and School Account and then disconnect. Unfortunately, the PIN option returns but the face ID is gone and had to be readded.
