Windows is activated with digital license - what does it mean?

I installed Windows 11 on my laptop, but it did not get activated. Then I entered the product key from the sticker on the laptop, and the system said it is activated with digital license, even though I have an offline account. What does it really mean?

    The five 8TB drives and three 512GB SSDs are part of a DrivePool using StableBit DrivePool software. The three SSDs are devoted purely to caching for the 8TB drives. All of the important data is stored in triplicate so that I can withstand simultaneous failure of 2 disks.
