Rebooted, Windows PowerShell opened without my touching anything. What looks like a strange link in view.
Does anyone know what, where, why or how? (Did an in-place upgrade yesterday.)

No, I've never had that happen.

I don't get that update message anymore as I install PowerShell from the Windows Store. When PowerShell is installed from the Windows Store, it is automatically updated. I like that.

Maybe I’ll just update it via the windows store as you did, Gary, and it might not happen again. I was just curious if I may of had some malware that opened this

I got it from GitHUb.

I can see you updated to the latest updates. This is probably why.
IF it comes up again, do a scan to be on the safe side.
