Windows Security signals error, incorrectly signals PIN not set up

As per images below. The third image asks me to input my PIN, which works fine. Have reproduced this error many times. I have read the implemented the recent post on this topic. tyia

I would suggest disabling pin access from signin options(settings>accounts>signin options), restart,re-enable pin access, set up pin (it can be same one)
