I have disabled the Phone Link app from starting up automatically (Task Manager > Startup apps > Phone Link is disabled) as seen below:

However, every time I sign in to Windows, I see that this app starts up and runs in the background (as seen in the Processes tab in Task Manager):

How is this possible? Unless, I am missing something, shouldn't it start automatically unless I manually start it?
