Do you have any errors showing in your device manager?

  1. To open Device Manager. Press the Windows logo key and the R key simultaneously. This should open a Run Box.
  2. Type: devmgmt.msc.
  3. Click OK or press the Enter key.
  4. Device Manager opens

Why would the store not work. You can try run in CMD prompt, SFC /scannow to check for damaged file system

Yeah I did that and also tried the following:

Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth

Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
