For years, I could access my files using my Network settings on my PC whether my WDTV Live was 'ON' or 'OFF' Now I get as in my image with it 'ON' P.S. I don't have a printer.

If that is not your printer it could be a neighbor's that is being picked up by your Wireless Router or by the printer's Wireless Direct.

What happens if you try connecting to the printer and printing a test page? If it is connecting I would change the Passphrase on your router.
