ZoneAlarm Threat Emulation module

I recently installed an upgrade to the latest version of ZA Extreme Security. One of the modules is called "Threat Emulation" which I have now turned off. However, that module has dumped files all over the place, with the name "Sandblast". These files will not be deleted, so I would appreciate help in getting rid of these unwanted files. Suggestions will be appreciated and thanks in advance.

It's something to do with Ransomware protection. It's supposed to be a good thing, :/
The best advice I can give you is to just get rid of Zonealarm. It used to be awesome... but now... it's pretty much... junk.

Uninstalling ZA is supposed to remove all the Sandblast stuff.


Either rely on Windows Defender with Malwarebytes for a 2nd opinion, or get a program like Bitdefender.
