Just for info with Modern Standby turned off that command does nothing as sleep isn't available on such devices.

Like everything Windows the settings aren't obvious. Open Teams and you might have to select chat to the left. Once selected then select the camera icon at the top. Then select 'Start meeting' Close the popup window that shows 'Invite people to join you'. The camera should be on. If not...

If you need an alternative then I'm playing about with RogueKiller Antimalware. Downside compared to Malwarebytes is that you need to download RogueKiller every time to update the free version, which is no hardship really, just remember to delete the folder after installing...
