Drive icon...Encryption?

This icon suddenly showed up on a Data drive but not sure exactly what it means. Not showing up for Boot drive. Data drive is an M.2 NVMe drive.

This is a Z690 motherboard w/i7-12700k. Win11 Pro 23H2. Fully updated. Currently just sitting on motherboard box. This is a fairly new Win11 installation. I have used this setup to test 24H2 but I had removed both M.2 drives from the motherboard to test.(I think?)

    I'm a computer enthusiast so have quite a few systems that I run. More like an advanced hobby.
In control panel, enable bitlocker, then disable bitlocker and reboot. Will be gone.

usually indicates that bitlocker while present, is not enabled on the drive.

Thanks, that did it. Didn't need to reboot it appears.
