PC crashes every morning

I'm working on the Sea Tools tests. HD Tune is not giving me much. It either does nothing or aborts tests on all my HDDs (internal and external) due to I/O errors. It does fine with my SSDs.

I just wanted to provide an update on the situation.

I was not able to do all the requested tests on my hard drives. I'm sorry--it was not out of disregard for the thoughtful advice on this forum. I tried, but HD Tune seemed to be buggy on my system and the Sea Tools tests take so long. It ran for ~8 hours on my first drive before the system crashed and my progress was lost. I have 7 drives.... It just wasn't going to happen. The limited testing I was able to do did reveal a bad drive. I was able to migrate all those data (thankfully!). I hoped that would be the solution, but I still encountered the crashes after removing that drive. I followed the other recommendations and updated my BIOS. There was also chipset update and an internet driver update. I performed all of those. I also tweaked my BIOS settings some. I had previously lowered the power limits so this 14th gen Intel chipset would behave better, but I was using values recommended by Puget Systems for their systems (P1 125W, P2 253W). This time I went with straight Intel recommendations (253W for P1 and P2). Intel also has a recommended amperage limit that I don't think I set previously (and thus the BIOS default of 4k would have been in effect). I went ahead and enforced Intel's recommended amperage limit.

I don't know which or if any of these changes are responsible, but I am on day 3 now with no crashes or restarts. So... crossing my fingers that my problem is resolved. I thank you all for taking the time to troubleshoot with me. I will upload additional logs if the problem returns.
