I was playing one day on my pc and my cod mw2 started stuttering on the start screen and when i tried to play other games i noticed my fps had changed a lot
I installed the new driver and still the same
plz help

I would also suggest you re-install the nVidia driver but, using the DDU uninstall method:

First, you should verify that the driver version(s) are either older or the same as the drivers on the web page for your MB.
Go to Device Manager in Control Panel / All Control Panel Items / Device Manager. Or just paste Device Manger in Search.
For every driver on the web page of the MB, open Properties for that component and click on the Driver tab.
It will show the driver version and date installed. Make sure the driver needs to be updated. If it's the same then , you skip it
and move on to next one. As for the BIOS update that one I am not familiar with. I hope someone with more experience with
MB BIOSes will help out. I normally only help with notebook BIOS.

This is for my notebook but, you should have the same or similar in your Device Manager

This is the BIOS file for your MB:

F66 is the last BIOS update for your MB. The one before was F64.
@FreeBooter could you explain to the member how to install "if needed" this new BIOS on his MB pls.

Place the "B450MDS3H.F66" file to root of USB flash drive and boot your computer into BIOS and from BIOS select Q-Flash With Q-Flash you can update the system BIOS without having to enter operating systems.

I just did and can also download any of the earlier ones as well

Like i said you have to manually install it using Q-Flash option at BIOS.

before you install the new BIOS , verify that you have an older BIOS installed first.

Press on Windows Key + R and in the box type msinfo32 and click on the OK button.
This is what you'll see: (this is for mine, yours will be different)
