OS
Windows 11 Pro for Workstations x64 23H2
After the last upgrade my computer is behaving strangely. It works much slower, and after restarting it returns to normal. I checked all parameters (memory usage is about 8%, processor is 0%, hard disks 0% as well as SSD, hardware temperature is completely normal). I monitored the background processes and didn't notice anything out of the ordinary. Does this mean that I need to go back to Windows 10 (since I didn't have any problems with Windows 10) or do I need to do something that I don't know?

Only way to know for sure is to get a detailed description of what is happening. Note that in Windows 11, shutdown, if Fast Startup is enabled, is more like a hibernation, and Restart is more like a cold boot - almost reversed of what we've come to know with previous Windows OSs.

I'd take a look at Fast Startup, and seeing if disabling that (if enabled) helps. Conversely, if it is disabled, maybe try enabling it.

After the last upgrade my computer is behaving strangely.
What hardware is it that you have, or what is it you do that you feel the need to run Windows for workstations?
Im just curious.

Well, for one thing, he *has* a workstation. Look at the processor. Then calculate his RAM, and notice it says ECC.
