Ok, it seems to be related to enabling the new layout of the Start Menu, if I revert these changes the icon disappears.

None of these options remove the icon from the Menu. Am I the only one with this showing?

Is yours listed under all apps? Not the first screen of the menu

Nope, Windows Apps are never stored in that location

I would like to remove it from the menu, but I only have the option to Pin it. Still whish the Start Menu was like the old days so easy...

Yes, its fixed, but I had to resign in even though I was signed in, and then close and reopen any of the office programs to have it...
