I would just use blue Painters tape, if you absolutely must block them. Use a 3/8" (9.5mm) wide strip for each slot you want to cover...

Try setting File Explorer to open to... This PC I believe that's all I did and used the Remove folder from File Explorer...

@riffwraith You can uninstall it with REVO Uninstaller (free). There's probably a way to uninstall it through Windows, but I like REVO...
