I have 25 pinned. I have sometimes had problems with a pin if I leave it pinned and re-install. You may have to uninstall, reboot... -

I have switched too, but I still have also the 23H2. There are other users still on 23H2, because they failed the update to 24H2. 😂😂🤷♂️ -

I run all of my windows devices using Windows 11 x-lite versions, no issues or problems ever.

If pinned apps are not showing, then likely they are on a second page. Hover mouse cursor over any pinned app icon in the start menu...
