Hey guys since this update I have this wierd issue
Right click in any component of the Windows Taskbar takes ages to load, Notifications can take up to 3mins, context menus of open apps just dont open or not appear at all, even the right click Menu from the Start takes ages aswell.

I tried the Nirsoft Utils and only thing I have there that is not Microsoft is the Nvidia Control panel and Python, I disabled and restarted Explorer and context is now fast and doesnt do the wierd refresh but it might be caching will try restart the whole PC and also with this tools I can now...
Shift-rightclick is instant.
Desktop context menu is not as slow.
Happens mostly on files and folders, seems worst on files but if so not much faster a few context menus shown it caches and its fast after a while goes back to slow then back to fast, after it caches(that is a supposition)
