So I let me explain the probleam.
I have 2 windows 11 boot drivers, one is my Main where I work and game I dont do major tweaks and always keep up with the latest windows version+cumulative preview(Version 23H2 (OS Build 22631.3447) and also drivers, this was installed fresh 2 months ago after I swapped to a 990PRO SSD and wanted a clean from install to 23h2, on this install the files context menu is slow for the first couple of times and most of the times the items still take time to show up and cause a strange flicker its not massive but its there.
My other windows install on my old drive that is still on Windows 11 22h2 and to be fair is a frankenstain of updates from early 2021 to today with latest cumulative dont show this behavior the context menu is super fast(as windows11 context menu can be).
Only program I have that adds items to new context menus is Nana Zip from Windows store so its the latest version on both install, but even without it the context is slow on the fresh 23h2 install, I removed a option that removes Windows Terminal from context menu that might had made it some difference but not much or placebo to be fair.
Since its fast in one install and not the other I ruled out hardware, also its not junk as the new windows that shows this behavior is fresh not tweaked and the SSD is theoretical fasterand even has less junk comperd to my old one.
Pretty sure I done something on my old install that I cant find anywhere, the only tip I found was to remove the Windows terminal from it and there was some issues with AMD software that I dont have installed.
If anyone can be of help I would appreciate, yes I know I can remove the new context menu but I rather fix the issue.
