I agree with this, we all had MS 365 with recent versions of Windows 10 and 11 and it never happened that MS forced install Office. You should follow the advise in @antspants answer and uninstalled 365 app and then if you wish reinsatll Office 2007.

Hi, @garioch7 I'm a fellow dinosaur and I did not notice this printer issue in a fresh install Windows 11 24H2, on a relatively old laptop. WP is loading with my printer off without any noticeable delay. I would say this issue is affecting some HW configurations, I maybe wrong.
