Which GPU driver are you using? If the latest version is giving problems then reverting to an older driver might work. NVidia sometimes...

I was using the latest driver but rolled back to 531.79. I'll update with results.

No luck at all. Just requested a refund on steam because the game launches via the rockstar launcher and still crashes. I admit defeat.

I already deleted the game files from rockstar and RDR2. It's odd because all of my other Rockstar games run fine on rockstar...
