I have Microsoft 365 on Windows 11. In Outlook I don't have a 'Junk mail' folder, but I have two folders called Bulk and Bulk Mail folder.
1. What are Bulk and Bulk Mail folders used for?
2. How do you mark an email as Junk so that it doesn't go in the Inbox when it's received?
It seems like everything is working ok now, so I have no idea what fixed this problem. Just to be sure, I moved the receiver to another USB port.
Thank you for that suggestion.
When I type on the wireless keyboard, sometimes when I press a key, the letter doesn't appear as if the keys are sticking even though they are not sticking.
The keyboard on the laptop is no problem, so it's the wireless keyboard. I recently downloaded some updates and that didn't fix the...
I was able to find it in my online account. Now I just have to figure out how to download it to my local drive.
It got to OneDrive somehow which I can see on my laptop, but when I click the notebook, a browser window opens which takes me to OneDriveLive.
On my old laptop, I shared the notebook and entered my email address. I haven't received an email with the link.
Also I'm logged into my MS account on my new laptop. I don't see any file in OneDrive. I don't see anything about OneNote. I'm not sure where I should go. I can see my old computer...
I got into my old laptop which has Windows 10. I opened OneNote and right clicked on a particular notebook to see the file path. The path indicates the notebook is saved to the D: drive (thumbdrive) but I don't have a thumbdrive plugged in to the old laptop.

I tried that one, showed it on my toolbar. I clicked on it, then highlighted text and I got this:
After highlighting it doesn't work. Looks like you have to donate. Maybe I'm using this wrong.
When I try to download an Edge compatible yellow highlighter extension either the download gets interrupted or if it does get installed, when I use the highlighter it doesn't work.
Does anybody know of any yellow highlighter extensions that actually work? At this point I am willing to consider...
On my work computer, after I use the Snipping Tool, it doesn't minimize. They use Windows 10 Enterprise, 64 bit OS.
Maybe there is something about Windows 10 Enterprise that prevents the Snipping Tool from being minimized?
After I take a screenshot, the Snipping Tool automatically minimizes. I would like to prevent this and have it still showing after I take a screen clipping.
I already tried resetting and everything then rebooting and that's not working.
Any suggestions?
Yesterday I called Dell. They did a remote connection and uninstalled PC App store. I rebooted my PC.
However, today I'm still getting the McAfee and the MS Office 2021 pop-ups. At the bottom of each it says PC App Store.
I click Start and I see PC App store (1st screenshot). I right clicked...
That makes sense. I paid for an Office 365 subscription from Dell when I bought my laptop.
Earlier today I remember seeing something about "PC App Store" updating. I guess that's causing the problem. Should I delete the PC App Store?
