If you can prove to support's satisfaction it is yours and legitimately purchased from an authorized reseller then you will be ok.

You need to be worried and get it worked out with support. Trust me, I know what I am talking abot.

See if support will assist. If not you will be out of luck. The license is showing it is either being used by someone else or you reinstalled it without deactivating it first at some point.

I am guessing you did not buy it directly from Malwarebytes. Where and when exactly did you buy it? FYI, the previous version did not show the email address. The sooner you reply, the sooner I can assist and tell you how screwed you might be.

This is a desktop? Can you just install a new internal network gigabit adapter that is Win 7 compatible? USB ethernet adapters are hit-and-miss even with newer operating systems. What brand and model is this computer?
