I use this with a second drive on as many of my clients as I can. I set up an auto backup for them so they do not have to think about it. I have saved the bacon of quite a few of them when they screw up.
See if support will assist. If not you will be out of luck. The license is showing it is either being used by someone else or you reinstalled it without deactivating it first at some point.
