Thanks for the information. I just want to make sure I'm understanding correctly. If I do a clean install and I release the out-of-box experience to set up a local account this would not encrypt my system. Correct? Or is it going to encrypt it anyway just because of the new install?
@Berton I also found information about this a moment ago. I would think this would not apply to local accounts which is what I am using.

@garlin by the way I noticed your signature says you still have Windows 7. I tip my hat to you. Lol. I still have a laptop with Windows 7 Ultimate and after 12 years it's still runs strong. I think it was the best operating system ever. Just my opinion
