  1. Windows 11 - how to disable the windows fade on mouse hover over the window "X" close button

bingo - i went through my winaero and ultimate windows tweaker settings to see if there was anything in them causing that, but couldn't find anything - i thought the only other third party visual adjustment program i had installed was f.lux, completely forgetting about Iconoid which i have used...
  2. Startallback Feature request: Taskbar "Always on top" of other windows

thanks dacrone - i had found MSFN previously, but looking at the site, i didn't think it was specific for SAB and it seemed a bit sketchy, so i posted on eleven - in future, for SAB, i will post there - TA
  3. Windows 11 - how to disable the windows fade on mouse hover over the window "X" close button

thanks - these are my visual effects settings (fig1) - i tried toggling off most of them, but none fixed the issue of fading a window when the mouse hovers over the window's X close button (fig 2)

  7. Startallback Feature request: Taskbar "Always on top" of other windows

btw, i searched the elevnforum topics for a different issue but did not find it - i haven't used forums very often, so i don't know the proper protocol - might i ask another off topic question here, or should i start another topic? it is about the windows fade whenever my mouse hovers over a...

  9. Startallback Feature request: Taskbar "Always on top" of other windows

thanks again Sinto - i went to see how i could easily exit Startallback, and i went to the welcome screen. On the SAB welcome screen, it listed 3 theme options. For some reason, i was monkeying around and tried enabling the first and then the second, having previously selected the third...
  10. Startallback Feature request: Taskbar "Always on top" of other windows

thanks glasskutter - i understand what you are suggesting, but my issue is a bit different - i have no problem in normal full screen, only when i am dragging a window down, it covers the taskbar window (i call it a window because i think it has window characteristics) - i want the taskbar...
  11. Startallback Feature request: Taskbar "Always on top" of other windows

Hi Sinto - thanks, you are right - i paused windows updates a couple days ago and presumed i was up to date - to answer your question, it only covers the taskbar when i drag a window down - never when a window is in full screen

Thanks Sinto - i searched for a Startallback forums and Elevenforum came up with posted discussions about Startallback, so i posted here thinking it was monitored by Startallback devs.
  13. Startallback Feature request: Taskbar "Always on top" of other windows

I am a paid, very happy, Startallback customer, fully updated. I am using Startallback on my Windows 11 Laptop which also is fully W11 updated. First, my taskbar is NOT set to autohide. It is at the bottom of my screen. But when i drag any window down, it covers my taskbar. I want the...
