I had salad running with the new driver and blasting at 100% load. But no crash. I am unsure about the memory temperature and am thinking about replacing the pads on the card at some point.

@neves I DDUd and installed your driver. The following was the result: If I remember correctly, I was able to crash the PC with BSOD on the old drivers when running 3D Mark with a DX12 test. Can try tomorrow if necessary.

The results from the .bat file are in the original drive folder! Some corrupt files here and there, but IMHO all in all the drives look ok.

I created a full dump for Nvidia multiple times over the last few months, but nothing came back after the initial communication with them.
