I successfully bringing Windows 11 24H2's Task Manager to Windows 11 23H2.:-) Now! It's has new Task Manager icon on Windows 11 23H2 and a new way Task Manager calculates CPU utilization for the Processes, Performance, and Users pages features.

Microsoft uses Dev, Beta..etc and other channels for A/B experimental feature testing and development. This experimental code may also be included in consumer builds 26100.x, These features under development use CFR control to determine which channels should be activated.

This requires using a VM to test each CFR keys change yourself. When you press the Check for Updates button in Windows Update it will usually synchronize the CFR registry in the system. You can disable/enable each CFR and observe the changes in the system. This may take a lot of time.
