I was just checking to see if the kb5015882 was available to me, its not however I got an update for .net :
Installation Successful: Windows successfully installed the following update: 2022-07 Cumulative Update Preview for .NET Framework 3.5 and 4.8 for Windows 11 for x64 (KB5015732)

Says its a preview, but it downloaded/installed , seems its not an 'optional' preview... No ill effects so far.

Installed CU KB5015882 and Preview for .NET Framework KB5015732, now on build 22000.832
It installed a new Event channel: "ModernDeployment-Diagnostic-Provider"
(ManagementService had some errors that I deleted). DISM online and SFC found no issues. Storage Sense found 2.27 GB redundand Windows Update files that I purged.
