So a little about my setup. I have a mesh case for airflow. I am running a 360mm Dark Nucleus without the stock fans. Instead I am using 3 Phanteks T-30 120mm fans. The radiator and fans are configured for puling air in from the front of the case, so the fans are on the backside of the radiator (interior to the case). I have one 140mm fan exhausting from the back, and one T-30 on the side of the case blowing air on the memory to keep it cool. I count on positive pressure to force warm air out of the case, though I think I could use another exhaust fan.
I have the power limits set to the Intel extreme settings: 320W, 320W, 400A, but also have a limiter on the temperature for 85c for high loads. I have undervolted using am ACLL of 0.25 with LLC4.
P-cores are at 5.7 GHz, e-cores at 4.4, and ring at 4/8GHz.
I ran my memory test of alternating VST/VT3 on ycruncher to get about a 253W load as seen below. I ran it until the differential temperature across the nucleus radiator stabilized (saturated). I have temperature probes on both sides of the radiator, front facing is ambient).
So the result was
a maximum power of 254W
a maximum temperature of 76c
a maximum ambient in of 26c
a maximum current of 222A
Mind this chip is a good CPU overclocker at low voltage (not so good on memory though)
