My preference is for the 1st and 3rd options toggled On, 2nd Off.

It certainly works on the site you show.

What happens if you click inside the username field? It should then allow the autofill of password to work by choosing your email.

If you have not already, be sure you are signed into the account you used to sign into your browsers and turn on sync so that your passwords sync.

For better security some browsers have turned to using windows hello authentication before allowing accessing to your passwords.

In chrome, go under your profile and click the key to go to the google password manager. Under settings in google password manager. see if windows hello when filling out passwords is enabled. (This is highly recommended to be enabled. This helps ensure the passwords are only provided to the website when actually intended and cannot be stolen from a bad website.)

For edge, you can find the setting under your person icon in the top left > click the key (password) icon. Under settings, see if prompt for device password before filling website password is enabled.

Ensure that the option to offer saved passwords is enabled.

It is available in the password managers of Google,Firefox,Brave,
This is the reason behind Microsoft accounts AND Windows Hello - the two can be used separately or together.I reset my Microsoft account after I added Windows Hello support to my refurbished Dell Optiplex 9630 - the only part of Windows Hello my desktop doesn't support is facial recognition - and that is because my camera is underwhelming - it isn't 4k - which a requirement for Windows Hello facial recognition. PIN support is present, fingerprint support is added via a plugin to one of my USB ports - so my desktop is up to snuff now.

One comment on the browser Edge. A number of program installs in the past required Internet Explorer be available, now putting iexplore.exe in the Run box opens Edge so the install should not be hindered.
